Cognos JavaScript Library

This is the future home of the Cognos JavaScript Library. The library will extend the usability and efficiency of Cognos reports utilizing the Cognos JavaScript API included in Cognos BI version 10.2 and above.

The development emphasis is on making Cognos reports enhancement using JavaScript as easy and intuitive as possible. Many BI developers don’t possess expert-level JavaScript skills and express reluctance to use the power of the JavaScript language to deliver a better user experience to their reporting clients. My aim is to break down these barriers and give developers a new tool set to make Cognos BI reports as modern, flexible and dynamic as possible.

A lot of the ground work for the library has been completed. Check back often for a firm release date.
